Permanent scented varnishes for printing
Permanent scented varnishes are the products in which fragrance oils are added directly to the varnish.
They release very intense smell withour the need of rubbing them, as it is in case of microcapsule-based varnishes.
Thanks to this solution, the scent is very strong, however these varnishes weather quite quickly and the fragrance is released throughout the life of the varnish.
Available are practically all the scents present in nature, although permanent scented varnishes cannot be used in all the printing technologies.
These varnishes are used in printing promotional and advertising materials where an immediate scent effect is desired.
The scent sort of „hits” the user with its aroma, e.g. after opening an envelope, a pouch, a bag or a closed container.
