The following Privacy Policy contains information regarding processing the personal data you can provide us with when using our Website. Our objective is to protect your personal data on the Internet. We will make every effort to protect your privacy when using our Website.

PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION      

The data will be processed for the Administrator to conduct commercial activities, in particular to conclude purchase and sale agreement, answer questions submitted in forms, including by electronic means, provide access to the online system. The data will also be processed in order to keep the commercial documentation required by law, undertake marketing activities, make contact via the forms available on the website; establishing business relationships.

Data processing for other purposes, i.e. adjusting the content of the Website to your interests, improving the services on the Website, is necessary to ensure high quality services.  Failure to collect your personal data may prevent the proper provision of services.

Providing data is voluntary, however, failure to provide it will result in the inability to provide a commercial service.

The recipients of personal data will be third parties only if there is an appropriate legal basis for it. These will be government bodies or partners acting on behalf of SPLinx. Personal data may also be transferred to IT companies cooperating with us, responsible for the proper operation of the IT system at SPLinx.

Your personal data will not be transferred to countries located outside the European Economic Area.

Customers’ data will be processed during the term of the contract, and after its termination during the pursuit of claims (according to the Civil Code, the general limitation period is 10 years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims related to running a business – 3 years). We will store data on settlements with customers in accordance with tax regulations for up to 6 years from the end of the provision of services. In the event of consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes, the achievement of the purpose of personal data processing is not a process that can be completed within a specific period of time, the data is processed until the consent is withdrawn or objected by the data subject.
